A team of 5 students traveled to Lancaster, PA on May 18, 2018 to compete in the Governor’s STEM State Competition. The team presented a project to prevent accidents on blind turns. They’re presentation can be viewed HERE. In order to compete, the team took first place at the IU1 regional competition on February.
At the event, the team won (by votes of attendees) ‘BEST CIVIL ENGINEERING PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD’. In addition, the team was recognized for their first place win at the regional competition and given a banner to display at the school.
